The AGM for Coventry Godiva Harriers will be held on Monday November 28th 2022 at the Hungry Harrier, starting at 7.30pm.

- Revised Life Membership rules – to be voted on at the AGM
- Revised club rules – to be voted on at the AGM
- Accounts to be presented for the year 2021/22
I would kindly ask if members have any questions/points regarding the above can they please submit them prior to the AGM for the attention of Nick Bennett to secretary@coventry-godiva-harriers.co.uk no later than Thursday November 24th.
Our club is reliant on the support from its volunteers, and in the past we have been fortunate to have fantastic support from members and parents/guardians. This year a number of key positions still remain vacant and the club cannot continue to function with these key roles unfilled. Some current Club Officers have indicated that they will be standing down at the AGM, so we shall have several vacancies on our team of Club Officers for the coming year.
