At the WPA World Para Athletics Champs in Paris Kare Adenegan won silver in the T34 100m and 800m, with the former seeing a repeat of the Birmingham Commonwealth Games 1–2-3 of Cockroft, Adenegan & Andre. Still only 22, Adenegan has won 12 global medals
Josh Hartley has re-written all of his PBs this season and moved up to 11th in the World Rankings, has been rewarded by invitations to the Diamond Leagues in Silesia, Poland where he finished a close 2nd behind Jordi Madera (ESP) in a T53-34 800m and 6th at the London Athletics Meet in the Olympic Stadium in a domestic T53-54 1500m.
